WooSync ("we", "our", or "the app") is operated by Ondokuzon. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our Shopify application.

1. Information We Collect

When you install and use WooSync, we collect the following information:

• Shopify Store Data: Store name, domain, access tokens, product data, inventory levels, and collection information as authorized through Shopify's OAuth process.
• WooCommerce Store Data: Store URL, API credentials (consumer key and secret), product data, category data, and inventory information that you provide to connect your WooCommerce store.
• Sync and Mapping Data: Product mappings, category mappings, field mappings, price rules, sync settings, and sync history logs generated during app usage.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information solely to:

• Import products from your WooCommerce store to your Shopify store.
• Synchronize product data, inventory, and categories between both platforms.
• Apply your configured price rules, field mappings, and category mappings.
• Display sync history, dashboard statistics, and conflict resolution options.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your WooCommerce API credentials are stored using encryption at rest. All communication between WooSync and your stores is conducted over HTTPS. We do not store your Shopify API secret on our servers; authentication is handled through Shopify's secure OAuth flow.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal or store data with third parties. Data is only transmitted between your Shopify store and your WooCommerce store as directed by you through the app's functionality.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as the app is installed on your Shopify store. Upon uninstallation, your connection settings, mappings, and sync history are deleted from our systems within 30 days.

6. Customer Data

WooSync does not access, collect, or store any of your customers' personal information. The app only processes product, inventory, and category data.

7. GDPR and Data Rights

If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have the right to:

• Access the data we hold about your store.
• Request correction or deletion of your data.
• Request a copy of your data in a portable format.
• Withdraw consent at any time by uninstalling the app.
